Hello my name Gloria Simms I seen a show on 9/25/2009 between two sisters regarding child support. My mother stole $24,449.75 in back child support. My ex husband has been paying child support. I was a drug addict and been clean for 6 years. In the begining of my recover my mother had temporary custody of my kids from 01/04-05/04. This custody was done at the family court between me and my mother so that my kids could have a place to go my kids were 17 and 16 years old.
At that time I was recieving food stamps, medicaid
and child support. I turn over my benifits to my mother so that my mother would have money to take care of my daughters. Then in May 2004 me and my mother went back to family court to arrange for
for my children to be bavk in my care which was done. I just learn that my mother has open up a child support claim against my children father and that board of social services left my mother
on as the one that should be recieving child support for my kids. I am devastated me and my kids new nothing about and she nothing about it
has collected all my back child support monies. What do you recommended me to do Judge Pirro

hi, what can I do , I was ordered to pay child support and was to be in court for it back in may 09, in february I went out of town to a family members house cause they were having surgery. but a problem accured when I had a heart attack and then had surgery, I couldn't go anywhere I had a family member call dcse and the courts, well in june I had another attack and had another surgery they had to put stents in. then in july I had another massive attack , now through all this doctors say I can't work I have applied for ssdi, I am still out of town at my families house now I have contacted dcse they said that my x has issued a warrant out 4 me in my home town what can I do

yes but this can cost you your civil liberties and may require you to give up rights. this is socialist government type thinking. no government good. big government tyranny! when you do this you not only sellout you sellout your fellow citizens. it also gives DHS authority to take your children away, make random visits. ice cream isnt always good, someone has to feed the cow and clean up after it. these state sponsored programs that are invented to keep track of people lead to huge government and hire taxes. creates unnecessary state employees and is ultimately a burden to all of us. we cant afford these programs as a country. WHO PAYS FOR THIS?

If the states and fed help the custodial parent receive child support through garnishment etc. and are willing to arrest noncustodial parents over a CIVIL matter. Why dont they have state agencies that verifies the visitation time of the noncustodial parent. This needs to be monitored in order to not ruin the relationship between parents and children. This is called a civil matter also when I wanted to see my kids and my ex withheld them they didnt arrest her for contempt or fine her, take her to court, garnish her wages because society and eugenics destroys families. When I didnt pay support it still was a civil matter but the govt gave help only to the custodial parent seeking $$$$. Why doesnt the government give equal representation? If the noncustodial parent has to pay 1/3 of their paycheck to the custodial parent. How can the noncustodial afford an attorney? They cant and they know it. This is how the government destroys relationships with noncustodial parents. The government knows average divorce rate and about how many will or cant pay. So they design laws to destroy civil liberties this way to keep us as slaves to a tyrannical system that never ever lets you get ahead even if you submit to the slavery you wont see your kids if the custodial parent doesnt let you. Malicious Mother Syndrome is a new diagnosis. I was a victim of this also.

I married a girl in 1987 at the age of 19. She was pregnant and had our baby girl in June that year. We married in July. I had twin boys in 88 with her while serving in the Navy. She left me divorced me in 89. I paid child support until she told me that my daughter was in fact not my child in 1999. She introduced the real father to my daughter. Now I owe $50,000.00 in back support because i was screwed over. She said everyone needs to know but she refuses to call the state or testify the truth. What can I do? My name is on the certificate. I helped deliver this child and she is not mine. Everything I paid on her should go to the arrears and 1/3rd of the arrears should be deducted if she is not mine. I need a DNA test. My daughter is 22 now. I cant get a passport, gun, job, or go to any public state park. I cant hunt, fish, camp. A secret court took my privileges away as well as my 2nd amendment right. Honestly a registered sex offender has more rights than I do! Please help me?

Dear Judge Pirro, I filed for a child support order in 04/03 and when we finally went to court he told the Judge he was only able to pay $50 a month. He recently paid an additional $50 dollars just to have his driver's license reinstated. I am trying so hard to be the bigger person here but how when he does nothing for her.Our daughter is now 6 years old wants to see him but he has so many excuses once again I'm trying but what should I do?

Hi Judge Pirro, I have been trying to find a lawyer In my town of Lebanon Mo. for the last 2 months so that I can get full custody of my 2 month old son, and to determine the amount of child support for my son. I would also like to find out whether it is possible to make the father carry life insurance on himself in case of accidents or death that would go directly to his son. His father has seen his son one time since he was born and wants nothing to do with him until a paternity test is done. I do not make enough money to pay for an attorney or a DNA test. The attorneys around here charge a minimum of $1500.00 and Legal aid can't help me because they do not have the funds. Yes the state cane help me with the child support but they can not help me with the custody or the life insurance. Do you have any advice or can you help me?

Hi I have been trying to get the non-custodian family to help me find him for several years and now there information has changed and it seems the personal information he gave me was under false presist when I told him I was pregnant 8 years ago I've tried P.I agency and they really can't do anything with the information he gave me. I am a single custodial father who is also disabled. Because of having to get public assistance I am forced to use Child Support Enforcement which is very slow at their work and has also made a financial mistake in the mothers favor. I am attempting to resolve this now. But here is my problem.

A few months ago I filed to get her to pay her half of the medical expenses which she has owed for several years. Yet when I called to update something in my file I was told they could not go after her because she is on AFDC. How could this be when it states in the US Code that no person owing child support is eligible to receive any government assistance what so ever? I will paste a copy of the law here. I have also found out they this is only applied to fathers owing and not mothers.

Title 7>Chapter 51>§ 2015. Eligibility disqualifications

(m) Noncustodial parent’s cooperation with child support agencies (1) In general At the option of a State agency, subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), a putative or identified noncustodial parent of a child under the age of 18 (referred to in this subsection as “the individual”) shall not be eligible to participate in the food stamp program if the individual refuses to cooperate with the State agency administering the program established under part D of title IV of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 651 et seq.)— (A) in establishing the paternity of the child (if the child is born out of wedlock); and (B) in providing support for the child. (2) Refusal to cooperate (A) Guidelines The Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, shall develop guidelines on what constitutes a refusal to cooperate under paragraph (1). (B) Procedures The State agency shall develop procedures, using guidelines developed under subparagraph (A), for determining whether an individual is refusing to cooperate under paragraph (1).

The fact is that this person has never paid willingly and is now being given a free ride from having to. I ask your Honor how this could be rectified? How is it that deadbeat mothers have been given the right to not pay after they have ran out on 2 great children and in less than 6 months is pregnant and given the right to ignore the older two for the sake of a new one which has now grown to 2?

Can someone tell me how to get a child support order enforced when the agency who is supposed to enforce it is unwilling to help? I've been battling my enforcement agency for quite some time and they never do anything to make the non-custodial parent pay his support. He's in the arrears by a couple thousand dollars and they wouldn't even intercept his tax refund. Who can I go to in order to get this court order enforced?
