I can not believe this woman had the nerve to ask anyone to apologize to her..this is when I know the justice system is flawed. Anytime you have a lawyer to represent someone like this is out of control.It really amazes me the things people will do for attention.The fact that this woman is not ashamed of what she did should tell you alot about her. Please girl you deserve nothing and if I was Tiger's wife..I would take her and all the rest of the trash that slept with him for attempted murder because no one know what these hoes may have...now that is something else Tiger's wife has to worry about whether she may have something.

It's amazing the nerve of some people! Obviously, this so-called distressed pornographic star is running a scam and shame on her lawyer, Gloria Alfred, for being a part of it. There's no evidence of any preganacy that occured and of course, the almighty and beautiful Jeanine Pirro exposes the tho so-called ladies for what they really are, LEECHES! The only thing Joslyn needs to admit is that she was trying to leech off of Mr. Woods. That's it. Of course, Mr Woods is paying for what he did but it's done! When I first heard about the other women feeling so "slighted" because they didn't get an apology I was floored & disgusted! How dare they! They knew going in that what they were doing was wrong - he's a married man!!! They didn't give a rat's behind that his wife would be terribly hurt and humiliated. She & the children are the only innocents in the whole mess & the only ones that suffered. Now, those "other women" want to act like THEY suffered an injustice. Of all the nerve! ALL of them make me sick!!!!!!!

I'm a school teacher home these past weeks awaiting the birth or my first child. Your show has been keeping me entertained.

First of all, I'm an upstate NY girl too, and love that you are a success story from our area.

Secondly, your candor, insight, and ability to see through the hype in this case, as well as the courtroom cases is refreshing.

You are one level headed woman in a world that seems to have lost its balance. Thanks for your integrity, and endeavors towards re-establishing a sense of justice.

On this topic, I have to absolutely agree with you Judge.

Gloria Allred is a disgrace. What she did in Fremont to those boys that were fooled by the homosexual was a travesty. Their reactions were wrong but her vamipire tactics make me puke.She is what people are talking about with all the lawyer jokes.

Years ago I contacted that sleezy lawyer to try to get help for my 3 disabled children (small kids at the time),I was trying to pay 23 hospitalizations by myself and resulted in 2 bankruptcies & destroyed my credit so I could never get loans to help my kids.My ex claimed to be a disabled vet (agent orange, ptsd)-all of his kids by numerous kids are disabled. He is only 3% and was welding, truck driving, mechanic, cop etc and hiding the money. All his bosses reported him but the corrupt courts don't care. He owes my kids 100,000. I wrote to her to help protect my kids. She just blew us off & told us how important she was & too expensive. Instead she defends sluts and home breakers & somehow feels like she is some kind of role model. She is a model of exactly how not to do the job. Sluts are more important than defenseless disabled kids-good going judge-I tried to teach my kids that courts are honorable-now they know better-none of them trust judges, lawyers, courts or cops. They know that it is all lies. They know judges can easily be bought & that cps owns them so kids and families do not stand a chance at justice. Thanks judge-take good care of those sluts-that is exactly where you belong!!

It reallly is sad that lawyer and client believe this tactic will yield any positive results. Slink back into your respective holes and stay there.

What ever happened to self respect with women today? If I had had an affair with a married man wild horses could not have dragged me to the media to "brag" about it.

How about putting some of that "want an apology " energy into a. schooling to obtain a self-respecting career and b. a month of "finishing school" abroad.

I watch your show every day and had no idea you would be on the Hannity Show the other night. I just happened to catch it for the first time.
You were "WONDERFUL" and upstaged Gloria Allred, who always thinks she is so right. You called it right. She is only trying to make more millions and she looked like a pathetic, mothering old hen to this pathetic porn star.
How can either one of them think the porn star deserves anything from Tiger (mainly money). She would take the money over an apology any day.
I think ELIN should sue her for going after a married man with two children. Wouldn't that turn the table???

Tiger Woods needs to apologize to a woman he was cheating on his wife with? Tiger is married, yet he needs to apologize to his mistress? Was she unaware that Tiger was married? Gloria Alred and her client Veronica Siwik-Daniels are so off base, there should be no discussion.
Yes, the statement made by Tiger Woods was staged and at times somewhat dubious. But that is not the point.
Jeanine is absolutely correct indicating that this is lunacy. He only has an obligation to his wife Elin. He has no responsibility to this Porn Star.
Why was she even pursuing him once she was aware he was married. She needs to apologize to Tiger's wife Elin. She was as much in fault as Tiger Woods.

Thank you again for taking a stand on "right vs. wrong". To think that anyone would boo-hoo and think they should get an apology for screwing around with a married man is beyond absurd, and Gloria Allread is just as absurd in her rationale.
Affairs are based on lies, so to publicly demand an apology because "Tiger lied to her"??? Beyond logic.

But here's the issue that really pees my off about this fiasco - Gloria is trying to make this a "women's issue". I find this to be an insult to intelligent, logical-thinking women everywhere.
I don't give a damn if this girl is a porn star, a waitress, a carpenter or a librarian - that is NOT the issue. To try to turn this into a "wrong against women everywhere, because they get lied to" is demeaning to REAL issues against women, and those who have fought for true rights for women everywhere. For the last several years all she does is hunts and prey's on people's trouble's for the benefit of her bank account. In my opinion you should post the list of porn movies with dates and report her to the proper state law review boards for which she can practice for disciplinary action and possible suspension. You did a great job of tearing Gloria Allred apart last week on Fox. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, while the audience had a good laugh (at Allred’s expense), it won’t change her life’s mission.

On her website she states “I start every day with the knowledge that helping people and fighting for justice is my duty, and that nothing worthwhile comes without sacrifice, self-discipline, and courage.”

She didn’t define the word worthwhile, but if she had been honest, it would have been “millions of dollars, plenty of face time on television, and perhaps royalties on a book or TV deal”

Allred’s assertion that porn star Joslyn James, was “deeply in love” with Woods doesn’t even deserve a response. As you correctly stated, she would have moved into the Woods’ mansion in a heart beat, not giving a second thought to the fact that he was married and the father of two children. While Tiger was paying James thousands of dollars for romps in the hay, she was saving 16 porn flicks for release at a time when its value was highest. and Gloria was drooling over her anticipated piece of the action. Of course, all she wants is an apology, but that’s only an excuse to get a little face time on TV to increase the value of the porn.

Allred would have you believe that she is a champion of the poor, victims who are afraid to go up against powerful people, a defender of human rights, and equal justice for the impoverished. Bull- S---t.

She probably sits by the TV, while searching the internet for new opportunities to jump in and make a quick buck.

In the Tiger Woods’ case Rachel Uchitel was the real prize. She had a mountain of text messages and voice mails that would have put Woods in an even more devastating situation than he is now. Of course Allred received a minimum of one million dollars. Allred’s own daughter Lisa Bloom is a legal analyst for CBS. She said on "The Early Show" that she worked with her mom for nine years and has never known her to cancel a news conference. Bloom says that can only mean a confidential settlement was struck. Bloom estimated that such a settlement would be "at least a million dollars."

Neither James, nor Uchitel were victims, and coincidentally, neither are many of Allred’s other clients.
She weaves a story that presents her clients as innocent victims, while she seeks an innocent patsy, or a culprit that can be molded into a victim for the opportunity of a big payday. Allred’s biggest asset is her ability to get face time on network and cable channels- even when she has nothing to say other than “I’m representing so and so and she/he is a victim.”

Allred represented Rob Lowe’s former nanny (claiming sexual harassment), seeking $1.5 million, which had no basis of fact.

Allred had a gig chaperoning Amber Frey (a witness in the criminal case against Scott Peterson) through the media horde covering the Scott Peterson double murder trial. While television viewers must be wondering why this pushy loud mouth attorney keeps getting invited to every cable news program, journalists regard her as the ultimate insurance policy. As long as Allred is on the scene, you're guaranteed a few good quotes for your story.
She claimed Frey was a victim of Scott Peterson's deception, and that Frey’s life had been in danger prior to Peterson’s arrest. Lacie Peterson and their unborn child are dead, and Allred is pitching Frey as a victim as well? This charade had to have been motivated by the concept of a “tell-all” book.

Allred represented former Miss California Carrie Prejean in a lawsuit against pageant officials (Donald Trump), claiming she was fired because of her views against gay marriage. Pageant officials claim Prejean missed over 30 scheduled events and was fired for breach of contract, and because she treated her handlers "like s--t."

In 1981, (she hasn’t changed in 29 years) Allred sued California State Senator John G. Schmitz for slander for $10 million for calling her a “slick butch lawyeress,” but settled for $20,000 and an apology.

Allred represented Heather Mills as her American attorney and advocate- against Paul McCartney.

She injected herself into the Michael Jackson circus by writing a letter to California's Child Protective Services, asking them to investigate whether Jackson's three children are in danger. She said her action was prompted by widely broadcast footage of Jackson dangling his infant son over a fourth-floor balcony railing at a Berlin hotel.
"Tell her to go to hell," was Jackson's response. Was she hoping for a handout from Jackson to disappear?

Last year Allred injected herself into the Nadya Suleman (OctoMom) spectacle to assist her in getting help from a non-profit group to care for her 16 children. It didn’t matter that OctoMom never asked her for help.

Some of her other notable clients have been Brittany Spears’ bodyguard, Robert Blake’s first ex-wife, and Ryan O’Neill’s son’s pregnant girl-friend. A client list to be proud of.

For someone who wants us to believe that she represents the poor and the downtrodden that have no place to turn, she travels in some pretty expensive zip codes.

The saddest part of Allred’s story is that she represents everything that America has come to dislike about trial lawyers. She not only hurts her profession, but even worse, the “poor” people that truly have been victimized and deserve restitution. When Americans push for tort-reform, what they really want is to eliminate the Gloria Allreds.
She's a celebrety ambulance chaser.

Did Allred know she was going head to with you? That was her second mistake. Of course, first would be taking this client.
