Joslyn James wants an apology from Tiger Woods

The Porn Star Wants an Apology!

Almost immediately after Tiger Woods apologized to his wife, his family, his friends, his employees, business partners, and the world at large, attorney Gloria Allred and one of Tiger's former mistresses held a press conference (gotta catch those lights) demanding their own apology. Lest there be any mistake, the woman demanding the apology is porn star Joslyn James aka Veronica Siwik-Daniels, who alleges she carried on a three year romantic relationship with Tiger. At their press conference Allred and the porn queen said Tiger promised that Joslyn was his one and only - except of course, for his wife Elin. She alleges she was impregnated by Tiger on two occasions (at or about the same times his wife was pregnant). Of course, Joslyn never informed the golfer, but she knows they were his! Given her line of work, how did she know they were his? Did she do a DNA test on the fetuses?

It's no surprise that Manhattan State Supreme Court Justice Charles Solomon refused a defense request to dismiss criminal charges against Robert Halderman in the David Letterman extortion case.

Salahi Party Crashers

The latest fiasco involving the egocentric, power hungry, wannabe celebrities, Michaele and Tareq Salahi, is matched only by the apparent laziness, ineptitude, or incompetence of the United States Secret Service who allowed these lawsuit challenged bozos into the inner sanctum of a White House State Dinner.

Stop Excusing and Start Blaming!

Judge Jeanine Pirro on the Tragedy of the Jaycee Lee Dugard Story

The tragedy of the Jaycee Lee Dugard story is that it could have been prevented. The case of an 11-year-old girl kidnapped and forced to do the unspeakable, impregnated as soon as her little body is capable, speaks to an issue that I have long fought for - civil confinement of sexual predators.

The outrage our nation is feeling is one shared by prosecutors and victims' families on a daily basis. The issue is clear: a sexual predator does not change. He (almost always a male) prefers violent sex. If he is a pedophile he prefers sex with children period! There is absolutely no way to stop him.

Judge Jeanine Pirro on the Death of Michael Jackson

Los Angeles detectives along with federal drug agents have executed a search warrant at the Houston office of Michael Jackson's "personal physician," Dr. Conrad Murray, in search of evidence "of manslaughter." Make no mistake, this is serious. In order for a judge to sign a search warrant, there must be reasonable cause to believe that a crime has been committed, and that evidence of that crime will be found in a particular location.

My guess is that the toxicology tests are back and that neuropathologists have identified the manner of Michael's death. Instead of 'deferred', I suspect the cause of death is listed as an overdose and possibly 'homicide.'
