Cases for Monday, November 3
Woman sues the father of her children for wrongful death and pain and suffering, claiming he caused the death of their four-year-old son. Plaintiff says Defendant had fireworks in the house that caused a fire and ultimately the death of their son. Defendant says he was not at fault and it was an unfortunate accident.

Cases for Friday, October 31
Woman sues her ex-boyfriend for property claiming their relationship fell apart due to Defendant's drug dealing and abusive ways. Defendant denies ever assaulting Plaintiff and claims Plaintiff is promiscuous and is known as a groupie for rap artists.
Cases for Thursday, October 30
Woman sues her identical twin sister for unpaid rent, bills and damages, claiming the Defendant has run up half a dozen parking tickets using the Plaintiff's identity. Plaintiff also claims that Defendant had her child taken by CPS, but Defendant says Plaintiff is the one who got pregnant at 13.
Cases for Wednesday, October 29
Woman sues her former friends for car damages and harassment claiming they all used to be close until a falling out over the fact that one of the Defendant's became a stripper and had multiple abortions. Defendant's claim Plaintiff is a prostitute who spread lies that one of the Defendant's had AIDS.
Cases for Tuesday, October 28
Woman sues her former friend for unpaid loans and pain and suffering, claiming while hanging out one night she took some medication and awoke to find the Defendant attempting to rape her. Defendant strongly denies it claiming he left after they had a cigarette and she went to sleep.
Cases for Monday, October 27
Man sues his ex-girlfriend, whom he met in a group home, for car damages claiming she took his car without permission and crashed it. Defendant insists she was not anywhere near the car when it was wrecked.
Cases for Friday, October 24
Woman sues her former friend for impound fees. Plaintiff was shot when she was pregnant during a home invasion. While Plaintiff was in the hospital, Defendant took Plaintiff's car and it was impounded. Defendant claims she was given permission to use the car and it's not her fault that it was impounded.

Woman sues her former roommate claiming he put up horribly offensive blogs on a bulletin board website about her. Defendant denies posting anything claiming the Plaintiff is a drug addict who stole his X-Box and his tea set.
