I do not think Judge Pirro ruled correctly on this case. I feel that a person has every right to protect their property. This will have theives thinking they can break into peoples car everywhere and there is nothing the property owner can do to them bu wait for a police officer to show up hours later. By then your car is gone and being used in a robbery. If i catch someone breaking into my vehicle I will make sure they won't break into another car.
